Pecan Coconut Praline Cookies - No-Bake Recipe
2 cups pecans, chopped
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to boil.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, pecans, coconut, and a pinch of salt.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and let them cool until firm.
Refrigerate until set, then enjoy!
