Bearded's Cherry Bounce:
1.5 pound pitted cherries - fresh or frozen (not canned)
Brandy - enough to completely cover cherries
3 Tbsp honey
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 stick cinnamon

Combine all ingredients, store in an airtight jar, taste daily. Remove the cinnamon stick when it tastes right to you. Store it on a dark shelf for several months for the flavor to mature.
