High in the Carpathian Mountains ⛰️, Grandma Olia and Grandpa Vasyl live a peaceful and traditional life. It’s time to plant potatoes — a true spring ritual!
On the first day, the plowman arrives with two strong horses 🐴. They feed the animals and slowly begin to plow the steep mountain soil step by step.
The next morning, the couple wakes up early to care for their small farm: 2 cows, 2 playful calves, chickens, a pig, a loyal dog, and some cuddly cats 🐄🐖🐔🐶🐱. Grandma milks the cow while Grandpa feeds the calves fresh milk.
As the spring rain begins to fall ☔, they stay warm inside. Grandma bakes homemade pies while Grandpa helps and shares funny old stories — their laughter fills the kitchen.
When the rain stops, they head back outside, full and happy, to finish planting their potatoes in the fresh earth 🌱.
