What’s up YouTube fam! 💥❤️‍🔥 Earlier tonight I had the opportunity to attend the Kendrick Lamar big steppers tour in my hometown of aotearoa, as most of y’all know previously 5 years ago I was super fortunate to meet the man himself Kendrick Lamar in person on the damn world tour when he visited New Zealand back in 2018. It was Incredible, that said I know many of his New Zealand fans including myself have been waiting a long time for his musical return to play a show here and tonight he finished his tour in Auckland playing a sold out show date. He was originally set to play two shows back to back here but canceled the second and final show and only ended up playing one, the one I attended tonight.

I’ve been a massive long time Kendrick fan and so when I had the opportunity to meet him 5 years or so ago I also got to attend the tour but I missed so much of it being I was meeting and hanging out with him at the time and so tonight it was a fun experience to actually get to attend the show at spark arena and actually watch and enjoy it rather than missing a lot of
It, that said I was meant to attend with a friend but unfortunately they had to work which left me with a spare ticket to the show so I ended up attending this tour solo by myself. It wasn’t much without my closest and best friend there anyway. Still it was an epic gig to attend and a great way to close out live shows for 2022 before Christmas and the new year.

Kendrick played all the hits, everything from humble to swimming pools (drank), money trees, Element, Loyalty to loads more. His live set up was just incredible. Such a bloody good live concert.
