A relaxed psoas muscle can help create the ideal space for your baby to get into position for birth. Try these simple exercises to release tension and support better alignment:
1️⃣ Deep Breathing: Inhale through the nose, let your belly expand, then exhale through the mouth as your belly contracts. 2️⃣ Leg Swings: Place one leg on a stool or yoga block, swinging the other leg forward and backward for 5 minutes on each side. 3️⃣ Hip Mobilization: Move your leg and hip at a 90-degree angle to further relax the psoas.
