Minister of state for Lands, Dr. Sam Mayanja, has ordered Luweero RDC, Richard Bwabye, and Presidential Adviser, General Duties, Phiona Barungi, to issue an arrest warrant for Magistrate Mary Babirye, businessman Kigaba Bukenya Erizimasi, and a transfer of the security team in Luweero led by Luweero DPC, Ojokuna John.
Dr. Mayanja was speaking at a meeting held at Zirobwe sub county H/Quarters, where residents accused Luweero DPC Ojokuna John, and Magistrate Mary Babirye of involvement in land scams.
