Here is a quick little video on how to replace the dead / weak battery in your Pontiac/Toyota key fob. You will need a screwdriver as well as a new 2025 coin cell battery.
The first step is to separate the outer case halves from each other. Once those are apart, pull out the internal tray. The tricky part is working your screwdriver under the tabs to be able to pry the internal tray apart. Follow the steps I've shown and you're back up and running in no time!
