Boloor's read is that the print improves both the size and the quality of the opportunity at the same time. The customer prepayments align both sides around getting capacity online and reduce the funding treadmill that has been the core bear case against every neo cloud name. The new contracts also broaden the customer base beyond Microsoft and NVIDIA into physical AI, robotics, and model development, which trims the concentration risk. The execution bar is still high, since a 160x capacity ramp in one year is extraordinary. But the harder asset to replicate is not the GPUs. It is access to large amounts of grid connected power, and IREN already controls it.
