Warm milk: 150 ml
Salt: ½ tsp
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Instant yeast: 4 g
Eggs: 2 (use 1 whole egg + 1 egg white)
Oil: 30 ml
Butter: 30 g
Egg yolk (for brushing)
Orange Caramel Filling
Oranges: 2
1 orange blended
1 orange juiced
Cornstarch: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Egg: 1
Orange zest: a little
Baking
350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes
