Disclaimer: I have no issues with how Jessica Yaniv chooses to express herself in regards to romantic/sexual preferences, gender identity, gender expression, and/or how she chooses to present herself to the world. It will not be the scope of this video to discuss or report any of the alleged events of inappropriate or sexually based advances or behaviours directed at minor children. It will not be discussing the underage pool party. I will not be discussing her apparent fetish in regards to tampons, sanitary napkins and/or menstruation. It will not be discussing her recent arrest. It will not be discussing her alleged ownership, use and potential threats of violence with regards to stun guns, bear spray, mace or pepper spray.

This video is specifically going to address her recent Human Rights Claims in British Columbia. This video will attempt to explore and demonstrate how Jessica Yaniv is intentionally manufacturing and manipulating situations for her own gain. That she has created a script that she attempts to follow, as to entrap unknowing victims into events of “discrimination”

This video is my opinion, observations and perceptions based on the research I have completed on this issue. This video is intended and designed to give fair comment to the issues that are currently before the Human Rights Tribunal in British Columbia.

I will also have to use both Jessica’s current legal name, and her “deadname” Johnathan, as she was using one or both of these names during the time line of these events. I only use her dead name for clarity.
