This Industrial Estate was completed in 1979, with each 4-storey block (1001, 1002 & 1057) having 1 lift each. They were originally Fujitecs (your typical JTC or HDB industrial estate ones). They were probably refurbished in the 1990s before being refurbished again in the 2010s. Unlike other JTC blocks, this got a small refurbishment in the 2010s, got a cab refurbishment and their buttons & indicators replaced by Fujitec while others get modernised.
This whole entire Industrial Estate (especially the single floor blocks) are expected to be demolished soon as their replacement (JTC @ AMK) has already been opened. The entire Industrial Estate looks largely vacated (or maybe cause it’s taken on a Saturday evening).
