Ingredients:
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3/4 cup sunflower oil
3 tablespoons suya spice
2 maggi cubes/1 tablespoon chicken seasoning powder
salt to taste
2 tablspoons ginger powder
750g thinly sliced beef
SERVING:
slices of onion
slices of cucumber
slices of tomato
suya spice for sprinkling
