Описание: The last time I got drunk was 13 years ago today...

(Apologies up front for how annoying the wind makes the sound at parts of the video. I didn't have time to re-film because I wanted to post it today on 13 years to the day of the last time I got drunk. I hope it's not too annoying).

This video is about the last time I got drunk and going to rehab for alcohol. In the end of my drinking days, I was morning drinking and agoraphobic (afraid to leave the house). For sure I had alcohol use disorder and going to rehab was one of the best decisions (if not the best) that I've ever made.

If you're in the midst of it now, getting slammed by alcohol or contemplating going to rehab, please know that there is life on the other side (and getting sober is possible). And as cheesy or annoying as it may sound, one day at a time, we can live without alcohol.

I'm certainly not special, just one chick on the internet who after years of alcohol abuse hit rock bottom and DECIDED to choose life. Ultimately I wanted to LIVE.

I hope you enjoyed hearing about the last time I drank alcohol and a bit about going to rehab for alcohol. It wasn't an easy journey but life did improve and I learned how to feel good sober (live without self medicating).
