A new team of leaders will helm four city departments, Mayor Justin Elicker announced Friday, Jan. 23, 2026. For one, it's more of a homecoming.
Elicker announced new leaders for the fire department, corporation counsel, controller's office and Department of Transportation, Traffic and Parking. Michael Gormany, who previously served in the roles of budget director and controller, will be returning to the role on April 6, the mayor said.
