Описание: If you are renewing your insurance on your house and the insurance company asks you to get a report on the condition of the roof before they renew the insurance this video will show you how we conduct a roof survey. When we have finished the roof survey we eright up a report and send it to the house owner on the roof survey report we will give an indication as to the longevity of the roof and suggest roof repairs or roof maintenance if necessary. Not all roof surveys are positive and sometimes we have to inform the owner that repairs need to be undertaken before we can give the roof a clean bill of health. Whilst at the property and on the roof we take the opportunity to look around to see if there are any other problems to the building if there are we can bring these to the customer's attention separately.As regarded the price of a roof survey each property is priced individually depending on the location of the building the size of the roof and the difficulty of getting onto the roof. As illustrated in these videos I have to carry out a survey on three roofs and it was very complicated getting access to the roofs the Owner of the property was away and the property was empty so access was difficult.
