Having a look round abandoned Top Farm in Nuneaton with my DJI Mini 3 Pro Drone .
More than three years ago, Warwickshire County Council first unveiled its blueprint for Top Farm, which includes new homes, as well as a new secondary school, a new physical activity hub and access to health services.
But the application has still not been officially looked at by planning decision makers at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.
The original application boasts a mixture of 10,000 homes, what has been described as a ‘mixed use district centre’ to include space for shops, a community/and or a health centre, a primary school plus land put aside for a secondary school and sixth form, three new access roads off Higham Lane and a new children’s play area.
