Delicious and simple Japanese-inspired teriyaki salmon and broccoli bowl recipe
Ingredients:
5 oz of salmon
1/2 of broccoli
1 cup of rice
1 cup of water
1 sheet sushi seaweed (nori)
2 cloves of garlic
homemade or store bought teriyaki sauce
(optional) a dash of Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce
Main dish directions:
1. Combine teriyaki sauce with salmon
2. Marinate your salmon in the fridge for 30 minutes
3. In a pot, boil water and add your rice
4. Cook rice for 20 minutes or until water is evaporated
5. In a pan, sauté garlic till golden brown
6. Add your marinated salmon and let it cook for 5 minutes on both sides on medium heat
7. Add some teriyaki sauce and broccoli
8. Cook broccoli till soft
9. Plate, add a bit of chili on salmon (optional), and serve

Homemade teriyaki sauce directions:
in a bowl, combine:
1/4 cup of white vinegar
1/4 soy sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
