This instant farali snack is crispy outside, soft inside, and full of flavor. With simple ingredients and minimal ghee, you can prepare this divine treat in minutes!
🥔 Ingredients:
Sabudana (Sago)
Peanuts
Boiled Potatoes
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Green Chili
Farali Salt (Sendha Namak)
Cumin Powder
Black Pepper
1 Spoon Desi Ghee
👩🍳 Method:
1. Dry roast the sabudana until slightly crisp.
2. Roast the peanuts along with it.
3. Let them cool and grind into a coarse powder.
4. In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes.
5. Add the sabudana-peanut powder to the potatoes.
6. Mix in chopped coriander leaves, green chili, farali salt, cumin powder, and black pepper.
7. Combine everything well and shape into small balls.
8. Heat an appe maker, add just 1 spoon of desi ghee, and shallow fry the balls until golden and crispy.
