A rich and aromatic coffee infused with dried bird cherry berries, chicory, and brandy. This traditional Slavic-inspired drink pairs wonderfully with savoury pastries or a warm mushroom broth—perfect for cosy evenings!
Ingredients:
✅ 2 tsp instant coffee
✅ 50 g dried bird cherry berries
✅ 50 ml brandy
✅ 2 tsp chicory
✅ 200 ml water
Method:
1.Mix the dried bird cherry berries, instant coffee, and chicory. Add water.
2.Heat the mixture on the stove until it reaches a boil.
3.Strain through a sieve to remove solids.
4.Pour the strained coffee into a cup.
5.Add brandy and stir gently. Enjoy!
