Export Google Forms Responses to PDF and save the file to Google Drive or Dropbox

Use a Google Docs template to generate the PDF document.
Pull data from other sources than Google Form and use the in the document
Create a dynamic folder structure on Google Drive (ex. a folder for each day) and store the generated pdf there
Save the generate PDF document to Google Drive, Dropbox, or attach to an email
-Merge the generated document with all of the forms attachments, if any, and create one file for the form submission and it's attachments
