Young recruit makes big impact at Irvine's Bouncestation following Kickstart Scheme funding

Описание: Since starting work at North Ayrshire's inflatable playpark, Bouncestation, local young person Keeran has been an integral employee. His recruitment was funded through the Kickstart Scheme, which the Working North Ayrshire Team supported the business to access.

Over the past year, our team has successfully worked with employers across North Ayrshire to create job opportunities for almost 300 young people aged 16-24, supported by the UK Government's Kickstart Scheme and the Scottish Government's Young Person’s Guarantee Fund.

Through these schemes, employers are supported to develop a skilled and experienced future workforce. Unemployed young people have a chance to kickstart their careers and develop skills for future employment.
