Easy Italian Crockpot Chicken & Potatoes

Well, that’s what you are getting with this Italian crockpot chicken recipe served on top of baked potatoes that are also cooked in the slow cooker. Using frozen chicken breasts makes for a mess free kitchen prep! Use some of the juices from the crockpot to pour on top of your baked potato or chop your chicken finally and let the juices soak into the chicken either way it is so good!
Easy Italian chicken and potatoes, crockpot recipe:
3 large frozen chicken breast
1 Tablespoon zesty Italian seasoning mix
1/2 C Olive Garden Italian dressing
4 small russet potatoes
Add your chicken breast into a 6 quart crockpot. Season with the dry mix! Poor the Italian dressing on top. Wrap your washed potatoes and aluminum foil and place them on top of the chicken breast.
Place the lid on the crockpot and make sure it is plugged in and turned on. 😁 cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on 3 to 4 hours or until your chicken has reached an internal temp of 165 and your potatoes are soft all of the way through. Carefully remove your potatoes from the crockpot and without burning your hands take the aluminum foil off of your potatoes. Cut the insides of your potatoes into little cubes so that the juices from your chicken down in the potatoes. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese or your favorite cheese. Sprinkle a little more Italian drum mix on top and drizzle a little more Italian dressing. Serve with your favorite side, such as a loaded salad and enjoy!!
