Vegetable Barley Soup / (Vegan Fat Free)

Описание: I really hope you guys try this soup out! If you do, comment below and let me know how it turned out. All the ingredients are listed below, but feel free to play around with them and make it your own.

Ingredients

1 cup pearl or pot barley
1/2 cup green lentils
3 frozen spinach nuggets (or 1 cup fresh)
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 large carrot
2-3 celery stalks
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
1tbsp tamari or soya sauce
1 cup tomato puree
2 bay leaves
1tsp thyme
1tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp paprika
4tsp veg stock
11 cups water
