Cervélo called my favorite gravel tires slow! Comparative aero data

Описание: While wind-tunnel testing for the new Aspero 5 gravel bike, Cervélo tested a wide range of tire shapes and sizes before setting on a full slick 42mm Vittoria Corsa Pro Control as the spec’ed tire. The shape of my favorite tire, the Schwalbe G-One RS, proved to be quite slow, aerodynamically. Does it matter?

Cervélo shared the data on all the tires the company tested, and I show those results by tire type and width at 30mph (how they tested) and 20mph (a realistic speed).
