Von der Lindauer Hütte aus bieten sich verschiedene Skitouren im Winter an. Die wohl einfachste ist die Tour zum Öfapass. Bei genügend Schnee ist der Hang gut befahrbar, im Aufstieg sind nur sehr wenige Spitzkehren notwendig, zum Üben ideal. Oben am Öfapass kann man noch weiter zum Zollhaus abfahren und einen Blick durch das Tor zur Schweizer Bergen erhaschen. Man kann noch weiter zum Verajoch gehen, wir entscheiden uns nach spätem Start der Tour hier wieder umzukehren.
Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Tour!

There are various backcountry skiing tours available in winter from the Lindauer Hut. Probably the easiest is the tour to the Öfapass. When there is enough snow, the slope is easy to ski down, with very few kick turns necessary on the ascent, making it ideal for practice. At the top of the Öfapass, you can continue down to the Zollhaus (boarder between Austria and Switzerland) and catch a glimpse of the Swiss mountains through the rock gate. You can go even further to the Verajoch, but after a late start to the tour, we decide to turn back here.
All in all, a very beautiful tour!
