I recently recreated Pajeon from @bonappetiteyourmajestykdrama . Pajeon (파전) is a Korean savory pancake made with scallions, eggs, and flour — crispy on the outside, soft and tender inside, and always paired with a tangy dipping sauce. 🥢💛
Since so many of you asked after my reel yesterday, here’s the full recipe 👇
Ingredients (for 2–3 pancakes):
• 1 cup all-purpose flour (or Korean pancake mix if you have)
• 2 tbsp rice flour (optional, makes it crispier)
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup cold water (adjust for a pourable batter)
• ½ tsp salt
• 5–7 stalks green onions (scallions), cut into halves or thirds
• Oil for pan-frying
