Universal Studios Private Marvel Superheroes meet and greet, with Storm, Spider-Man, Captain American, Rogue and Wolverine. My 4 yr. old daughter charmed Storm (Her favorite superhero) with a flower (it was a leaf) she picked for Storm, and somehow got the whole family invited to a private meet and greet. The staff at Universal Studios were so kind, gracious, and sincerely thanked us many times over for making the event special, like it was a special treat for them. I reached out to corporate to let them know how above and beyond the customer service experience was for my family and especially my children. We realize this was not a normal experience and occurred out of the love of a girl for her favorite superhero, and an act of kindness.....
My son explains to Spider-Man that he saw the Green Goblin, and where he can find him to catch him.
On a follow up note we have visited the park many times over since, and only recently (5 years later) ran into the same person playing Storm again. She remembered our family and my daughter, and they had a reunion with hugs and many smiles. The experience at Universal is something we will always look back fondly upon.
