Cost of living support will be needed "higher up the income scale", as well as for those on benefits or lower salaries, the Minister for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport has told Sky News.
Speaking to Kay Burley, Rishi Sunak supporter Matt Warman says "more needs to be done" to tackle the issue, adding that it will be "at the top of the next prime minister's in-tray".
