Create a image with Transparent Background in Paint 3d with the Magic Select Feature.

If you have windows 10 or 11, then you have the tool:
Paint 3d.

1. Open Paint 3d
2. Open or paste the image you want to remove the background and make it transparent. In this example I used an image with a white background.
3. Now click "Magic Select" at the top.
4. Follow the instructions. If the blue line outlining your image is wrong... use the eraser and pencil tool to fix the blue outline.
5. Click DONE.
6. Voila! your background is now transparent. If you want.. you can reselect the image and paste it where you want to use it.. Or you can just save the image as a PNG and the background will be saved as transparent.

Also, you can use an online tool that removes the background. Adobe supposedly offers a free tool:
