Beetroot Halwa – Step by Step 💖🥄
1️⃣ 1 kg dudh ko slow flame par paka ke ghar ka khoya bana lo. Side mein rakh do.
2️⃣ 2 kg chakundar ko ache se dho kar kadukas (grate) kar lo.
3️⃣ Kadhai mein 4 chamach desi ghee daal kar garam karo.
4️⃣ Ab kadukas kiya hua chakundar kadhai mein add kar do.
5️⃣ Isse lagatar pakate raho jab tak chakundar ghee na chhod de.
6️⃣ ½ kg dhage wali mishri ko grinder mein pees lo.
7️⃣ Peei hui mishri ko chaan lo taaki sugar smooth rahe.
8️⃣ Ab kadhai mein 1 kg full-fat dudh add kar do.
9️⃣ Sab cheezon ko ache se mix kar lo.
🔟 Jab chakundar dudh ko soak kar le, ussi time mishri add kar do.
