This video is a review of the Nike Pegasus Trail 3. The retail price is $130.00 U.S. dollars. They are a neutral road to trail shoe that I ordered true to size. They weight 10.6oz for a men's size 9 on my scales or 301g.The Nike Pegasus Trail 3 has seen a complete overhaul of the upper from the Pegasus Trail 2. The eyelet chain, the tongue, padding around the heel collar and tab, the heel counter, and even a redesign of the pull tab to help you get your shoes on, have all seen updates. I think Nike did a good job in addressing the concerns runners had with the Pegasus Trail 2 and incorporating the changes when they redesigned the upper for the Pegasus Trail 3. The midsole continues to feature full length React foam from the heel to toe with a moderate stack height. They have a 24.5mm stack in the heel and 15mm in the forefoot that creates a 9.5mm offset. The outsole has plenty of rubber to protect the soft React foam midsole. The lugs on the outsole work well for a road to trail shoe. They are aggressive enough to keep you secure while on the trails but are also comfortable when to move to the road. Overall I think Nike did a great job with the changes they made to the upper which changes the fit and feel on feet over the previous version. I rate these a great value for your money and are worth picking up a pair.
