Try making this EASY 4 ingredient pizza today!
Ingredients:
Food For Life Black Rice Tortilla - as a base
Daiya dairy-free cheese
1 whole small or medium avocado
Half a lemon
Fresh black pepper
Salt
Microgreens - your choice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Put tortilla on a sheet pan. Take your tortilla and sprinkle on your dairy-free cheese. Bake in over for 5-7 minutes (until you like).
While tortilla is baking, prep your guacamole by putting the avocado, lemon juice, pepper and salt into a bowl and mash until combined.
Take your cooked tortilla out of oven and spread the guacamole over the entire tortilla. I like to cut it into slices and then sprinkle the slices with microgreens.
