My cut down Loblolly logs are turning into fatwood

for those who don't know and are new visitors, I had my big Loblolly pine tree die a couple of years ago or so. When the tree service cut it down, I had them move several sections of the logs in the back of my yard. They are slowly forming fatwood in the center of the logs and at the knots (or where the limbs begin to come out from the trunk) ~ what I refer to as Marinating!
I've always wanted large logs of fatwood in my yard and now that wish is coming true! WOOP Woohoo!
