What the video demonstrates:

A single tap flashes the amber LED and pages housekeeping. When activated, it sends an alert that staff can hear and view through the app. They have access to the resident's data and history, which helps ensure a well-informed response. Housekeeping double-taps the tag to complete the call. A basic event log is preserved with resident and call details for quick review and longitudinal reporting.

A longer tap flashes the red LED and summons a nurse. The activation creates a ticket in the system to record the workflow. A staff member triages the alerts quickly by locating and assigning the nearest available nurse, ensuring a timely response and noting that someone’s "got this one." Once a nurse has attended to the resident's needs, they simply complete the call in the app. A "ticket" is maintained, capturing extended data about the workflow, assignments, and a wide range of information from notes to photos. Essentially, documentation is automatic.
