[Don't Starve Together] Does Webber's Refresh Make Him A Good Character?

Описание: This Video will discuss Webber's Don't Starve Together Refresh/Rework, and whether or not it succeeds in making him an interesting character, especially considering the current state of DST.

A long time ago, before the inception of DST, Webber was added in the Reign of Giants DLC.
At this time, he was definitely… interesting. A unique take on what a Don’t Starve character really was, and a stark juxtaposition to every other one. Instead of being able to cower amongst Pigmen as protection from any enemies you may have faced at the time, you were instead attacked on sight by the stoic swine. However, you were instead offered allegiance amongst the spiders, previously nothing more than pests and vermin most valuable when they were dead. Webber turned the traditional gameplay loop of Don’t Starve on its head – and could easily have been considered one of the most unique characters present in the game at the time of Reign of Giants’ release.

So does Webber’s rework give him some much needed freshening ups? Does it successfully make Webber interesting to play, with some new stuff to play around with? And, of course, does it actually make him a unique experience, especially when compared to a certain other monster character.
