Last month I was nominated by my school's commitee to play the National Anthem for a basketball game....For this is a cover of the Star Spangled Banner I recorded not on piano but on electric guitar to perform for the last home Boys Varsity Basketball game at my school....All the other instruments were recorded by me on the Garage Band App on the iPad ^_^
I tried my best with my English teacher (who teaches guitar) to brainstorm a way to keep it traditional and to the point of reaching the bridge of insanity...I respect both the heart of our country's national anthem and the musicianship of playing the electric guitar for an audience. God Bless America!
