COCONUT PANCAKE CREPE ROLLS | TTs Food Prints

Описание: This is a traditional breakfast of Kerala. One of the hot favourites among adults & children alike and just disappear from the plate, the moment it is rolled.

The dough can be prepared by using either water or milk or a mix of both. For the filling you can use ready to use grated coconut or can grate fresh coconut, which ever suits you.

Do try this and it will remain as one of your favourite breakfast dishes for sure. I made it for breakfast once and it was so irresistible, that I had to make it again the next day. This video is the outcome of the 2nd day and assisted by my daughter-in-law.
