Inspired by floral elements, the façade blooms with vibrancy and creates a dynamic urban oasis for the city. It adopts the interplay of reflective and transparent glass to create hierarchical visual effect. The panelisation strategy is applied to minimize irregular shaped components. The unique ETFE canopy creates immersive experience for the community.
