Girls Trip: Bangkok to Kanchanaburi Thailand 🇹🇭 River Kwai, Thai Food, Bus to Erawan Falls

Описание: In this Thailand Travel Vlog, I head from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi to visit the Erawan Falls with two of my friends! We started by taking grab bikes to Bangkok's Southern Bus Terminal before we got on a mini bus from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi. Once we arrived in Kanchanaburi, we checked the bus times from the Kanchanaburi bus station to the Erawan Falls. We then jumped on a songthaew to the River Kwai Bridge. We thought there was a market there, but there wasn't. Luckily the bridge on the River Kwai had lots of lights, so we crossed over the bridge looking for somewhere to have dinner. We first went to the Prisoner of War Camp night market, however we continued walking along the river until we reached Coco River Kwai. It was an amazing restaurant along the river with live music and riverside seating. We got some drinks and some great Thai food before heading to our hotel. The following morning Malerie showed us how to make scrambled eggs in the microwave (legit never knew that was possible!) before we went back to the Kanchanaburi bus station to take the public bus to the Erawan Waterfalls. It was so easy to get the bus and only 60 baht each! When we arrived, a national park employee got on the bus to sell us all national park tickets. We then started the hike up to the seven waterfalls! We made it the whole way to the top before cooling off a little in the seventh waterfall. After that we hiked back down the Erawan Falls and took the public bus back from Erawan Falls to Kanchanaburi. Once we got off the bus we headed to the main bar street in Kanchanaburi to look for dinner, but we ran into '10 baht shots' on the way so the girls needed to stop for some shots $0.30 USD shots. We ended up eating at Ave Thai Food & Good Beer which was AMAZING! The best bar in Kanchanaburi!!! They have tons of craft beers, Thai food, Western food, and the BEST employees! The owner ended up giving us shots of some of their homemade Thai liquor, then she even gave me a great haircut for free! We had a great weekend away from Bangkok before my friends moved back to USA.
