Thirdly, how Rites of War impact unit selection. And lastly, whether any Legion Characters, Warlord Traits, or the Legion Advanced Reaction, change the way you might build and play your army.

Hopefully this is useful not only to those interested in the Death Guard, but for all Legion players, giving them an understanding of the concepts behind army building in Horus Heresy, and an idea of what each Legion can bring to the table.

The Death Guard, indomitable, resilient, traitorous pawns to the Chaos God of plague and filth. And also, apparently pretty quick moving around the tabletop. The Death Guard have taken a really interesting direction in this edition, being able to move and still keep putting down punishing amounts of fire power.
