These two highlands were recorded in 1928 by the Four Provinces Orchestra, a dance band from Caitlin's hometown of Philadelphia. The Four Provinces were quite unique for the era as their repertoire included a lot of highlands and barndances. Edward Lee, the founder of the band, was also the founder of the Irish Musician's Union.
