I know some of you think I made this list because there are a lot of places in Montgomery County on it, but its niche.com list. I’m just reporting on it. They choose each place for their list based on a comprehensive assessment of the overall livability of an area. They take into account several key factors of a location, including the quality of local schools, crime rates, housing trends, employment statistics, and access to amenities in an attempt to measure the overall quality of an area.
