Riding alongside a herd of elephants on horseback is the most exhilarating experience. We ride on Mashatu Game Reserve in the South Eastern corner of Botswana. The elephants are resident on this reserve all year round. They form large herd of unto 100 sometimes. Being able to watch the interactions and antics of the young and baby elephants from the back of your horse is quite incredible.
