On January 9, 2022, Officer Christopher Aboyte of the LAPD responded to a call for service where a small plane had crashed onto the tracks of a Los Angeles railway. As Christopher and his team arrived on scene, a train could be heard approaching the wreckage, where the aircraft's pilot was still trapped. Christopher realized he had just moments to act and save a life.
