This curry has a beautiful combo of tangy raw mango, sweetness from jaggery, a gentle heat from red chillies and a slight bitterness from methi that makes it totally addictive.It is a simple, homestyle vegetarian recipe usually prepared in summer and tastes amazing with hot steamed rice, chapati or Goan pav.
