20 Minutes Strength Training Exercise Routine At Home.
You can do this training exercise with weights (dumbbell) or with body weight only (no dumbbell)
Totally upto you, choose as per your body need.
You can go till failure either by lifting more or doing more reps (repetition)
Choose any 2 exercise, and do 2 sets of each exercise. In first set, go till 90% of failure, in second set go till failure. Resting time or recovery time between sets will be 3 minutes each.
Start with 4-5 minutes of warmup or stretching.
Monday: Chest - Warmup - 2 exercise, 2 sets each
Tuesday: Biceps - Warmup - 2 exercise, 2 sets each
Wednesday: Legs - Warmup - 2 exercise, 2 sets each
Thursday: Triceps - Warmup - 2 exercise, 2 sets each
Friday: Shoulder - Warmup - 2 exercise, 2 sets each
Saturday: Core muscles - Warmup - 2 exercise, 2 sets each
Because after age of 40 we starts loosing our muscle strength, to keep muscle strength, start doing this regularly, this will help in your old age.
