There is a growing trend worldwide to avoid dairy products.

There are some who are lactose intolerant , some are Vegan and believe animal milk shouldn't be consumed by humans and some are against dairy because of the industrialized mistreatment of animals.

Some are trying to avoid the (alleged) growth hormones in milk.
Some prefer nut milk because it has lower calories and it might help some people lose weight.

For the recipe, we used the measurements mentioned in the Ace manual.

Things needed:

1 cup of almonds soaked in water.
1400 ml of water.
Additionally flavors such as vanilla/honey can be added to enhance the flavor of the milk
A straining bag comes with the Instant Pot Ace. If you are using a different blender brand, you would need a fine muslin cloth or similar straining material.
