Similar to Glutton for Punishment, build a nuclear arsenal that rivals the ones made during the cold war to have an easy route through this achievement. Nuke each incoming alerted wave and attempt to pick off as many individual units as possible early on.
I built Goliaths to defend one entrance while Nova walked between the other two to nuke. This seemed to work as the force required to overpower the goliaths had to be very large and nukeable.
I think only the Stealth Suit is required as far as equipment goes on this mission. I ran with the shotgun for easy zealot pickoffs but the blade may be better. Not sure - I only tried this once and it's really down to preference. The nukes are the important part though.
Nova Equipment: Ghost Visor (Location Revealing), Stealth Suit (Permanent Cloak), Pulse Grenade, Shotgun
