hi all, im back today with one of my FAVOURITE go-to lower body routines which targets mainly glutes and hammies. before the workout I try making loaded scrambled oats for the first time and in think they will for sure become a staple in my high protein breakfast rotation.
Workout Routine:
Cable kickbacks (warm-up) : 3 sets x 15
45 degree kickbacks (warm-up) : 3 sets x 15
Leg press : 5 progressive sets x 6 - 8
RDLS : 4 sets x 10 -12
Hamstring curls : 3 sets x 8 - 10
Hip thrusts : 3 sets x 8 - 10
(optional) B-stance hip thrusts : 3 sets x 8 - 10
