Hi! I'm Tuma, a Japanese woman living in Tohoku, Japan. Enjoying the solo life. 🇯🇵
Today I'm introducing 11 Japanese habits through one completely ordinary day. 😊
Raw eggs for breakfast, wet oshibori instead of napkins, buying municipal trash bags, and the toilet slippers people forget to take off. 🤣
Count how many you already know — and consider a few of them travel tips for when you visit Japan. ✈️
Then I made Akita-style imonoko-jiru, the soup that tells me autumn has arrived.
I hope you enjoy an ordinary day full of Japanese habits with me!
